The Golden Age Hall is the boast of Hotel Prindsen and one of Denmark’s most beautiful and historic halls.

Under the expert guidance of the Danish National Museum, the Hall has been carefully restored to its original state and is today an excellent example of a successful combination of a beautiful classic room and the latest technical skills.

With all due respect for the beautiful architecture, technical installations have been concealed in ceilings, walls and floors as far as is possible, and only the ones required for a presentation or stage performance are visible.

Surround Sound, back projection, LCD projector, DVD, TV-video, blackout curtains and stage lighting and lights are controlled from a main panel on the edge of the stage. Connect a PC or MAC to the panel, and you may start your presentation.

The Golden Age Hall is often used in connection with the Gustav Wied Salon for big events requiring an extra room for meetings, drinks or a light meal.
